A Vent

Update: We are no longer under contract on the house on the park in midtown Columbus. It failed the home inspection...MISERABLY. We walked away within our due dilligence after receiving the report. A nightmare, a total nightmare. Lets just say there was a catfish pond of water under the house, the crawl space, was literally, completed flooded among an array of other nightmarish type problems.

We are back on the hunt. We've got to be in Columbus in 4 weeks. Say a prayer for us.
